SEPTEMBER 12 AMERICANS WEIGH IN. The Wisconsin primary allows crossover voting. The Superintendent has intelligence from North of the Cheddar Curtain that numerous September 12 Americans -- many are likely Bush voters in the fall -- opted to vote for Senator Edwards in the Democratic primary election. (Neither Wisconsin Senate seat is open this year, if I remember correctly.)
