NO CRYING WITH YOUR MOUTH FULL. The latest edition of the Gauge O Guild Gazette arrived today. Among the newest temptations are ready-to-run Great Western Kings painted and lettered from Sunset Models, or unpainted with a choice of detail bits, from Tower Models. My scratchbuilding skills are much better after wrestling with the Oakville kit for the King and the Locomotive Workshop kits for the Boston and Maine R-1 Mountain, also recently delivered from Sunset, and the Boston and Albany Suburban Tank, coming soon from K-Line. Scratchbuilding, however, is time-intensive. I trust that the model builders have correctly calculated the available disposable income for ready-to-run trains in O Scale, as these products will suit me just fine.
