DISTINGUISH AN INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT FROM CORPORATE WELFARE. On a July trip to the North Country, I noticed a southbound-only entrance ramp being built allowing access from the Whistling Straits golf course to Interstate 43. The course on occasion hosts the PGA Championship and other major golf tournaments. Might be interesting to look for the Justification of Project statement for that ramp sometime.
