I always get amused when people say booyah as an expression of triumph. Yes, the church may be trying to build enthusiasm. They're probably not advocating the use of one company's bass bait. Most likely, their picnic involves pot-luck in a pot. Get the largest kettle you can find, and a canoe paddle, and cull a coop of the stewing hens, and get cooking.
