The CTA O Scale weblog documents progress on building an O Scale model of Chicago's L and streetcars, with cameo appearances from the interurbans. The most recent post illustrates the use of a Rockwell Blade Runner saw to cut holes in floor stock for large power trucks. Plus a lot of fettling, bodging, and scrounging.
The finished product is worth the effort.
I'll be standing down for the weekend, in part to work on my own railroad.
