ZHENGZHOU TO BARKING BY RAIL.

The first ChinaRail TrailVan is on its way.  "The train, which will carry clothing, bags and household items, is expected to take around a fortnight to travel the 12,000 mile journey from China to London, which boasts being most cost effective than air freight and a lot quicker than transporting cargo by sea."  In the States, some containers change cars at Chicago as rubbering them from yard to yard is more dependable than setting up transfer runs.  Because there is a break of gauge between China and Kazakhstan, and another between Belarus and Poland, the vans will have to be transferred.
