MILESTONES. It's been a year since I closed the deal on the new train room. (It's hidden underneath a house.)

The train room goes UNDER the garage. This view is from under the garage toward the crew relief facility and crew lounge. There is space for two tracks and a 27 inch aisle between the column at center and the crew relief facility.


The concrete has had a year to cure and the first work will be in the northwest corner.

The wall of the baseball field at Rockport will go along the wall at left. Here's a model railroading paradox: the mainline will require two peninsulas, but the branch line, which serves Cape Ann, equivalent to a peninsula, can end in a corner.
