YOU CAN BUY TRAINS IN COLD SPRING. I noticed several hits looking for something called the "Cold Spring Train Works." It is a hobby shop in Cold Spring, New York, not far from Carmel and Patterson, where my forbears embarked for Wisconsin some 150 years ago. Might be worth a look on my next swing through New England.
