The sentiment seems to be spreading this season. An AT&T commercial, telling the story of Simon the Snowman, includes a dedication "To the ones we've waited all year to be with."
Then there's Lexus, a company that I have sometimes slagged on, also with the Festive Season visits, and the observation, "We've been waiting all year to come together."
Never mind the doomsayers, enjoy your Festive Season.
