
This does not appear to be a tribute to London's Tower Bridge, although the height and safety bracing on the cross-track section are worthy of the Northeast Corridor where the high voltage is just below. Any bets on how long the ADA-compliant elevators will hold up?

I'm not sure I see the logic of this overbridge. Highway 20 is not too far north of the platform ends; pedestrian ramps to a sidewalk along 20 and through the underpass would be as accessible. There are neither ramps nor grading for same in view, and the finished station will likely have a hairpin fence to prevent unauthorized crossing of the tracks. Like Mitchell Field, Sturtevant is neither a staffed station nor does it accept checked baggage or dogs (to use the old locutions.)
