DESIRABLE STREETCAR: The East Troy Electric Railroad has received and rolled out Milwaukee streetcar No. 864, recently delivered from Appleton. (The car is so new to the site that there is no reference to it on the Railroad's website.) The car works, and it looks pretty good, although the restorers would like to make it look like it had just received an overhaul at Milwaukee's Cold Spring Shops. Inside the railway's shops, Philadelphia and Western interurban No. 164 is getting its end loading steps and trolley poles back, the better to be used in Wisconsin.
