The Ring Engineering system checks out on the first Atlas F unit so converted. Locomotive is fifty years old, Keil-Line Mars light circuit is late twentieth century, it seems to be working.
One unit is good for nine or ten freight cars up that slope, which is the ruling grade on the railroad. There are glimpses of the carbodies and other repowering projects visible in the video.
