THE UKASES ARE LOOSER.

The latest public health diktat from Illinois governor J. B. "10,520 more dead on my watch" Pritzker dropped after yesterday's tally was posted.  "Fully vaccinated people will no longer be required to wear a face covering in most situations."  As of yesterday, the tyranny was crumbling: one grocery store posted "recommended, but not required for fully vaccinated patrons;" one building supply store still required face coverings, as did the coffee house.  There's room for emergence.  "Businesses are free to still require masks, and people are still required to wear masks while riding trains, planes, buses or other forms of public transportation, as well as at airports."  Modified full reopening is still due for June 11, we'll see how modified that is when we get there.
