ON THE LIGHTER SIDE.

One useful metric for the unseriousness of a broadcast or online forum might be the frequency with which it refers to a television show called The View.  Make what you will, dear reader, of whether a very public feud between a former cast member, Rosie O'Donnell, and Donald Trump might have contributed both to Candidate Trump's populist credibility and to his election.
