South Dakota governor Kristi Noem has been promoting her state with a series of video clips, including one where she's welding.
The substantive message in those shorts is South Dakota's willingness to grant full faith and credit to skilled trade licenses from other states, and I credit her, a little bit, for acknowledging her inability to carry water for a patternmaker.
