The layout on the main level, which offers lots of switching possibilities, continues to take shape. The first tracks more or less completed are the powered display track looping the basement up high, and having a train running reliably whilst work goes on on the workbench helps to pass the time away.
The upper level power supply is remote controlled with a kill switch on a lanyard I keep with me. Wouldn't want anything derailed and dragging up that high. Look for more workbench pictures in the upcoming days. The train you see in the video, which has fewer jump cuts than a Biden social media post, stayed on the rails for the duration of that evening's workbench session.
