A Navy chorus was already on hand, having previously made a processional singing The Battle Hymn of the Republic, and they helped out with all the parts.  The past two months have been eventful for Navy singers, first singing second, then singing Eternal Father for former president Jimmy Carter, and now participating in the weather-modified inaugural events.
