THE TAX DAY MUDDLE.

Our Political Masters have consented to give us another month to get our taxes in order, because of Wuhan coronavirus or something.

We note the skill of Jeff MacNelly in calling attention to the muddle that is the tax form, this long ago.

That's a simplification of the "short form" of years ago.  I'm not sure what he'd make of some of the schedules for figuring capital gains taxes these days.
