THERE IS NO HERMAN HAUPT IN BELARUS.

The Russians would probably like to have railroad transport to the front, but that doesn't appear to be the case.  "There is currently no rail traffic from Belarus into Ukraine, and Russia is not using the railways between the two countries to bolster its invasion force in Ukraine, according to the head of the Ukrainian state railway."  Some of that might be job actions by railway workers, and I keep hearing of free agents hacking into Soviet era dispatching systems.
