That's not an implausible outcome for the ongoing men's basketball tournament. and it's not unknown for Arizona to be an early out.  I'm referring, though, to Inside Higher Ed's Academic Performance Tournament, which has some play value, subject to the disclaimer, "We wouldn’t suggest using our bracket predictions to guide your office pool picks, let alone to bet your paycheck."
