ARCHITECTS MAY COME AND ARCHITECTS MAY GO.
Frank Lloyd Wright came from Richland Center, Wisconsin. One of his buildings, a repurposed warehouse, stands there, and there's now a Wright highlights driving trail, linking Racine, where his Johnson Wax headquarters opens, occasionally, to vistors, and Richland Center, by way of Madison, where the relatively new conference center on Lake Monona uses a Wright design. The trail loops into Milwaukee, where a collection of Wright houses is near the corner of Layton Boulevard and Burnham Street. You're on your own, dear reader, checking out the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, as that is a working church.
