BY THE PHASE OF THE MOON. When the topic of price-fixing conspiracies comes up, a saloon called "Dirty Helen's" often makes a cameo appearance. Although the saloon is long gone and the proprietor is drawing Pabsts in Fiddler's Green, the legend lives on. (Note vanity tag on greenish truck parked at right.)
